For the office team: RA bills, BOQ, the cash book and reports, on the computers they already use.
Case study
One system for the office, the sites and the website
Pahadiya Enterprises is a construction firm in Jaipur. We built Windows software for their office, an Android app for staff on site and a new company website, all working from the same records.

The problem
A construction firm runs on records that move between the sites and the office: bills raised against the BOQ, cash spent under many heads, daily progress from every site and attendance for every worker.
When those records live in separate registers, spreadsheets and phone calls, the office spends its day collecting and retyping instead of checking. Pahadiya wanted one place where the office and the sites work on the same records, on the Windows computers the office already uses and the Android phones the site staff already carry.
- Bills from the BOQ
Raise each RA bill from the agreed quantities, not from a blank sheet.
- Cash that adds up
See every rupee in and out under a clear head, for each site.
- Updates from site
Get progress and attendance from the field without a phone call.
What we built
Three pieces that share one set of records. The office, the sites and the public all see the right part of it.
For staff on site: daily site reports, and attendance marked where the work happens.
For new clients: the firm's services and projects, with quote requests and a call button.
RA bills and BOQ
The BOQ holds every item, unit, rate and agreed quantity. Each running account bill picks up what was billed before, so the office only enters this bill's quantities and the amounts work themselves out.
- BOQ items with units, rates and quantities
- Previous bills carried forward on their own
- Each bill kept with its site and date
Cash book with heads
Every payment and receipt goes in under a head such as material, labour, diesel or site expenses, and against a site. The office sees totals by head at a glance, for any site.
- Heads set up the way the firm already thinks
- Totals by head and by site
- Every entry tied to a site and a date
Site reports and staff attendance
Site staff use the Android app to send the day's work, labour and material used. Attendance is marked on site, and both land in the office software the same day.
- A daily report from each site
- Attendance marked per site, per day
- Both visible in the office straight away

How we worked
The project ran in milestones the client could see in their account. Each one was checked and approved with a one time code before it was billed.
- 01Discovery
Mapped how bills, cash heads, site reports and attendance work today, in the office and on site.
Approved - 02Design
Screens for the office software and the field app, agreed before any build started.
Approved - 03Build
Built module by module, so the office could try each part as it was ready.
Approved - 04Testing
Each module checked with the office team before the switch from registers.
Approved - 05Launch and care
Office and site staff shown how to use it, then looked after on a care plan.
