This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital products purchased from Eternal Technology through eternaltech.dev. Eternal Technology is a sole proprietorship of Amar (GSTIN 08BOXPA1188K2ZD), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital good · plugins, apps, software, SaaS tools and templates · delivered instantly with a license key and download access. Because access and files are provided immediately at the time of purchase, all sales are final and payments are generally non refundable.
When we do refund
We will review a refund request made within 14 days of purchase in these cases:
- Non delivery: you were charged but did not receive your license or download, and we are unable to deliver it.
- Major defect: the product has a significant fault that prevents normal use, the issue is reproducible, and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate or accidental charge: you were billed more than once for the same order.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after the product has been delivered or downloaded.
- Difficulty installing or using the product where documentation and support are available.
- Compatibility with third party themes, plugins or setups outside the product's stated requirements.
- Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Subscriptions and recurring plans
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals · the current paid period stays active until it ends. We do not refund the unused part of an active billing period unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@eternaltech.dev from the address used at purchase, with your order number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Actual timelines depend on Razorpay, PayPal and your bank.
Taxes
Where a refund is approved, applicable GST is refunded along with the product amount, in line with tax rules.
