Eternal Technology (GSTIN 08BOXPA1188K2ZD, Jaipur, Rajasthan) provides digital products and services only: software, WordPress plugins, website development, cloud hosting (EternalHost), and media CDN (EternalCDN). We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
How delivery works
- Digital products (plugins, themes, software licenses): delivered electronically and made available in your account dashboard, with the license key and download link sent to your registered email immediately after a successful payment (typically instant, and within 24 hours at most).
- Hosting & CDN plans: provisioned and activated electronically; access credentials and control-panel details are sent to your registered email after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes.
- Development & project services: delivered digitally per the agreed project milestones; deliverables and access are shared through your customer dashboard and email.
Delivery timelines
Automated digital deliveries (licenses, downloads, hosting/CDN activation) are near-instant. Custom development deliverables follow the timeline agreed in the project or invoice.
