What we do
Eternal Technology is a software development enterprise based in Jaipur, India. We operate two lines of business.
Software development services. Custom web and mobile application development, custom WordPress theme and plugin development, eCommerce platform development, and API integration and deployment for business clients, carried out against defined project scopes.
Digital products. We develop and sell our own software products through our online store. Our current catalogue consists of WordPress plugins built by our own team.
We do not deal in physical goods of any kind.
Product ownership
Every product listed on this website is designed, developed and maintained in house by Eternal Technology. The source code is written by our own team and we hold full intellectual property rights over it.
We are not a reseller, marketplace or software distributor. We do not sell, resell, redistribute or list any third party software, and we do not deal in nulled, cracked, pirated or otherwise unlicensed copies of any product. No item on this website has been obtained from any other author, marketplace or vendor.
Our products carry our own branding and are supported directly by us. Documentation, changelogs, updates and support for every product are provided by our own team.
Our licensing system
Licensing is handled by a system we built and operate ourselves. It is not a third party licensing service.
Every purchase generates a unique license key from our licensing system. Each key is bound to the customer domain at the time of activation. Keys can be activated, deactivated and renewed by the customer from their dashboard, and each activation is logged. Product updates and support are delivered against the license for the licensed period.
Because the licensing system is our own, we can demonstrate license issuance, domain binding and activation history directly. Access for verification purposes can be provided on request to payment partners, banks or authorised reviewers.
How a client project runs on our platform
Client project work is not handled over informal messages. Every project runs inside the customer dashboard on this website, so the client can see the scope, the progress, the money and the deliverables in one place.
- Agreed scope. The project is recorded with its agreed scope and the agreement the client accepted, so both sides work from the same document.
- Milestone tracking. Work is broken into milestones. Each milestone carries its own deliverables and status, and the client can follow progress as it moves.
- Client approval on record. A milestone is marked complete only after the client approves it. The approval is confirmed with a one time code sent to the client, and every approval is written to a tamper evident record where each entry is chained to the one before it. A signed approval certificate is generated for that record.
- Change requests. Anything outside the agreed scope is raised as a change request, quoted, and approved by the client before it is built.
- Deliverables and source code. Deliverables are attached to the milestone they belong to and shared through the dashboard. For custom development work the client receives the complete proprietary source code on final handover, together with the deployment and documentation.
- Invoices and payments. GST compliant invoices are raised against the project, including installment schedules where applicable, and the client pays from the same dashboard. Every payment and invoice stays available in the billing history.
- Support after handover. Support tickets, shared documents and feature requests continue through the same account after the project is delivered.
The purpose of this is protection on both sides. The client always has proof of what was agreed, what was approved and what was paid, and we have the same record.
Catalogue
Our online store was launched recently, so the catalogue is currently small. New products are added as they are developed.
Delivery
All deliverables are software and are delivered digitally. Store purchases are made available for download in the customer dashboard immediately after payment, along with the license key. Client project work is delivered through code repositories, hosted deployments and documented handover. No physical shipment is involved.
Pricing, billing and taxes
Prices are displayed on each product page and in project proposals. All billing is done through GST compliant tax invoices.

Verification for payment partners and banks
We are happy to substantiate everything stated on this page. On request we can provide a review login to the customer dashboard, a demonstration of license issuance and domain binding in our own licensing system, product source code and its development history, and copies of GST invoices.
